If you send to supporters or customers and want to move onto Kind Relay, tell us roughly how many contacts you have, what you send, and which tool you use today. That is enough for us to say whether we can help yet.

If a message reached you through Kind Relay and you did not ask for it, we want to know. Every marketing message we send carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately — but if something looks wrong, forward the message to us with its full headers and we will investigate the account that sent it.

We can pause an organisation's sending while we look into it, and we do.

To exercise your rights under the UK GDPR, or to ask what data we hold, write to us and we will respond within one month. If your request concerns a contact list held by an organisation that uses Kind Relay, that organisation is the controller — we will pass your request on and help them answer it.
